About PropTech IQ
We’re an independent proptech validation provider whose mission is to democratize proptech access—for everyone. By empowering every multifamily community with the analysis they need to make a confident decision, we help drive individual businesses and the entire industry forward.
As part of that mission, we’re driven by four key elements:
Trust
We don’t work for vendors or multifamily communities. We’re on the side of data and the insights it provides.
Access improvement
From the beginning, we’ve sought to create a solution that reduces the adoption barrier for the 80% of the multifamily industry that previously didn’t have the resources to properly execute a pilot.
Experience
We aren’t tech newcomers; we tap into our vast experience in the multifamily industry and in its data.
Accuracy
We developed our algorithm specifically for multifamily, and use carefully selected data sets, so we can provide the most precise analysis around.
